In Memory of Steve Irwin, Crocodile Hunter.
It’s been several days, so I assume most of you have heard of the tragic death of Steve Irwin, aka The Crocodile Hunter. I was a huge fan of his, am still a fan of his work, and when I heard I wondered if I should do something. I was debating it over when I got a review for my three-year-old Croc Hunter/Ninja Turtles fic. I thought maybe I should do something similar. BTW, I own neither Steve Irwin nor the characters of Avatar. Now, I’m sure Steve was far too busy for Avatar, but I think he would have gotten a real kick out of the Animal Kingdom. I apologize for the bad coloring/drawing in general. The coloring was rushed to begin with, and then my scanner butchered a lot of it, although I fixed some. Also, first time using Photoshop Elements 2.0 to do my bubbles and lettering. Man, is that tedious, but it does look a little nicer. Medium: Crayola pencil, ink, Sharpie, a touch of Photoshop. |

I absolutely adore his expression in the last panel. That smile makes me want to hug a big wall of Appa fur too. ^_^ If there really were flying bison in this world, Steve would have loved 'em and would have definitely done his best to keep them from going extinct.
