Inspired by a comment someone on the DH forums made about the possible significance of the choice of masks. The possibility that The Blue Spirit is an old Fire Nation legend known for bending blue fire. Although the irony appeals to me, I’m not sure, but the image was too tempting to not draw.

Medium: Sharpies, acrylic paint(background).

dude, nobody's commented on this yet? this is ubergooberly cool!!! Zuko might not be able to bend fire hot enough to be blue, but Azula sure can! man i hate her...

Azula's very hateable, but that's what makes her a great villain. And thank you, I'm glad you like the picture. :)

i actually think that Zhao was a more believable villan. He wasnt completely evil, like Azula is. also, Zhao was more fun to tease :D

wow! i bet any money like in the final battle when zuko vs azula he wil be waring the bluespirt mask and do some like crazy blue firebending and own azula with some lighting at the end!
